Little Dragons – 4 to 7 year olds

Our Little Dragons classes for children aged 4 to 7 years are specifically designed so that younger children can experience & learn martial arts through fun based activities. This is a safe environment with a non contact approach to training at this age group, using targets to develop their range of skills.

We can improve balance, co-ordination, concentration, confidence and physical performance. Most importantly though is that a confident and active child is far less likely to be a target for bullies & unwanted trouble.
